◼️ Order Cancellation Policy
- You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellation within 7 days: You will receive a 100% refund
- Cancellation after 7 days: You will receive a 70% refund (This partial refund helps cover the fabric, workmanship, and time already invested in your dress)
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled: Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation
◼️ Return Policy Overview
Please ensure your item meets the following conditions for a return:
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached
- Return Authorization: To start, please fill out our Return Form online to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
◼️ Refunds Process & Conditions
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
✓ Approved Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing usually completes within 3 business days (up to 5 business days during peak seasons)
✗ Non-Refundable Items:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items returned after the 7-day return period
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags
- Returns are not accepted on try-on orders where multiple items are purchased to keep only one.
Tips/Gratuity paid through payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal) - these are processed directly by the platform and cannot be refunded
◼️ How to Request a Cancellation or Return
- Email service@pollyboutique.com within the applicable timeframe
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation/return
- Wait for approval and instructions
- Do not ship returns without authorization
◼️ Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at service@pollyboutique.com with photos of damaged/defective items. We'll promptly arrange an exchange or refund.
